There have been many actresses from Kerala some of whom have made their mark in Kollywood and others who have reached stardom. We have stars like Asin, Nayantara and others who have made their mark like Gopika, Navya Nair and others. Now a new bunch of actresses from the God's own country are stepping into Kollywood. While Ananya's debut Tamil movie "Nadodigal" has got positive reviews, another lass Meera Nandan's debut Tamil movie "Valmiki" has not got good response. There seems to no dearth of actresses coming from Kerala who are not only ruling the southern cinema but also getting national recognition.
