The Oscar winner and the noted sound engineer Resul Pookutty has now added another feather onto his cap as there is news that he has been chosen to receive the prestigious Malayala Ratna Award 2008. This award has been instituted by the Kerala Film Guidance Society and this has a citation and a statuette.
